The Wakefield Wildcats have signed former Salford Red Devils fullback Kevin Locke until the end of the current season, pending a visa confirmation.
The New Zealand international joined the Devils for the 2014 season on a three-year deal, but his letter of resignation was accepted by the club just days ago. Locke has also claimed that he has not been fully paid by the Devils, in which Koukash denies the claims.
On the movement, Wakefield Wildcats chairman Michael Carter told the club's official website:
“I am delighted to welcome Kevin Locke to the club. Kevin showed a great desire to come and play his rugby here and get a smile back on his face.
“We think we can help him achieve that which will be good for him and us. I can’t wait to see him pull on the red, white and blue jersey.”
